Abstract

The purpose of this work is to analyze the legal-procedural scenario in which the inclusion of new means of management, information processing, and decision-making is integrated with artificial intelligence systems today. It begins with a general perspective on the application of AI in the procedural context and leads to its use as a support system for the evaluation of evidence in the second instance, aiming to clarify the possibility and limits of its utilization.
