Ouvir, respeitar, proteger: recomendações para entrevista com mulheres vítimas de violência sexual

A palavra da vítima tem grande relevância em casos de violência sexual, entretanto no Brasil há escassez de recomendações específicas para a realização de entrevistas nestes casos. Este artigo visa apresentar procedimentos a serem adotados em entrevistas com mulheres vítimas de violência sexual. As recomendações incluem a conscientização sobre mitos de estupro, estabelecimento de rapport, gravação do depoimento, e uso de relato livre e perguntas abertas. Essas práticas estão em consonância com as recomendações científicas e podem ser utilizadas para capacitar profissionais da segurança pública, a fim preservar a prova testemunhal e evitar revitimização.
