About the Journal

Associated to the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Procedure (IBRASPP), the Brazilian Journal of Criminal Procedure is a three-times-a-year publication and aims to publish scientific papers on issues involving criminal procedural law, from an interdisciplinary perspective, encouraging the dialogue with other areas of law and the several fields of knowledge related to the criminal sciences. Empirical research papers, which are based on consistent and/or concrete proposals for normative improvement, are welcome and receive priority processing duo to the originality.

Dossier Change – V11N3 – “A Comparative Analysis of Negotiated Justice Systems”

Due to organizational reasons, the dossier originally planned for V11N3 (2025) of RBDPP has been changed, and the previous proposal will be postponed to 2026. The new dossier, with a submission deadline of September 20, will focus on “A Comparative Analysis of Negotiated Justice Systems.”
