Da Intuição à Técnica: Efeitos de um Treinamento em Entrevista Investigativa na Formação Inicial de Policiais Civis

Abstract

Este estudo buscou identificar se um treinamento em entrevista investigativa na formação inicial de policiais civis é capaz de alterar percepções de discentes sobre práticas adequadas em oitivas e interrogatórios. O treinamento, com duração de 8 horas, abordou fundamentos teóricos, evidências científicas e práticas recomendadas para a condução de entrevistas com vítimas, testemunhas e suspeitos. Participaram 89 policiais civis, que responderam a questionários pré e pós-treinamento. A análise dos dados foi realizada por meio de estatísticas descritivas e teste-t para comparar as respostas antes e depois da intervenção. Os resultados indicaram melhorias significativas no conhecimento sobre memória humana, falsas confissões e na percepção de boas práticas, como o uso de perguntas abertas, planejamento estratégico e construção de rapport. Houve redução na crença em práticas inadequadas, como confiar na linguagem corporal para detectar mentiras ou priorizar a obtenção de confissões. No entanto, não foram observadas mudanças significativas na autoconfiança para conduzir entrevistas, sugerindo a necessidade de treinamentos mais práticos e contínuos. Este estudo empírico demonstra os efeitos de um treinamento baseado em evidências em entrevista investigativa, apontando para a importância de sua institucionalização nas agências policiais e indicando caminhos para futuras pesquisas que avaliem o impacto dessas capacitações na prática profissional.
